Our STEP Program offers you skills for employment and is a powerful STEPPINGSTONE BETWEEN SCHOOL AND THE WORKFORCE.
Our STEP program runs 3 days a week over a 2-year period and runs 4units a year.
Each unit you will be immersed in a different industry.
ANIMAL CARE - RETAIL - HOSPITALITY - DIGITAL MEDIA - HANDYPERSON SKILLS - MICRO ENTERPRISE - HAIR, BEAUTY & BARBERING - CONSTRUCTION - AUTOMOTIVE - ADMINISTRATION
You will build industry-specific skills and have tangible, assessed outcomes.
You will learn what you’re good at and what you love to do, so when you are ready to get a job you will be confident, skilled.
Each of the three days is broken down into technical and practical skills. The program is strongly focused on attaining work experience that you are genuinely interested in and volunteering opportunities to prepare you for work.
