Employability Skills
Employability Skills: Becoming A Worker is an employment preparation course that aims to develop the skills required in getting and keeping a job. Competent participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Certificate I in Employability Skills. Rebycycle
Rebycycle is a part of the Youth Connections Inc. Connectors program. Rebycycle is a hands on learning project in which young people repair bikes and learn the mechanics of being part of a team. Rebycycle also seeks to develop Employability Skills in young people including communication skills, enterprise development and problem solving ability.

JOBS
1st Year Apprentice Bricklayer
An excellent opportunity exists for a person to put their best foot forward in the construction industry with a Bricklaying Trade Apprenticeship. The successful applicant would be above all keen and interested in gaining a trade, be willing to learn, have good common sense and some experience in the construction industry. Bircklaying experience would be highly regarded, as would a driver's license and own reliable transport however this is not required. At the end of the apprenticeship the apprentice would gain a Bricklaying/Blocklaying - Certificate III and 4 years experience working with a highly regarded bricklaying company with a view to further employment with that company. Work is mainly in Sydney however transport is available with the company from a depot in Kariong

1st Year Apprentice Chef
required to learn all aspects of the trade for a restaurant in East Gosford. Ideally would suit 2007 school leaver who studied Hospitality Operations, Year 11/12 student currently studying Hospitality Operations or Year 10 studying Food Tech. Public transport available.
