YC Industry Link (YCIL) takes the frustration out of employing an apprentice/trainee so you can get on with your business.
- We pre-screen all applicants
- Handle all administrative issues including payroll, superannuation, sick leave, public holidays, tool allowances, Workcover and Apprenticeship Centre registration and coordination
- Organise a suitable Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Provide comprehensive OH&S training including National White Card
Choose the cost effective option. As the host employer you don't pay sick leave or TAFE days and will have a 14 day notice period if things don't work out.
